If this comes as a shock since your credit card should be working, there can
sometimes be a problem connecting to certain banks.
To get your subscription up an running, this is what you need to do. An e-mail containing your receipt and login information to your Member Area will shortly be in your inbox. Since your payment didn't go through you need to log on to your Member Area and provide a working credit card, that will activate your subscription.
