Can I order previous t-post t-shirts?
T-post is a subscription service and you can't order a specific T-shirt from us. You can only subscribe and get our next T-shirt release, just like a regular magazine subscription. So all the T-shirts you can see in our Gallery are earlier issues and aren't available for anyone that doesn't already have it. We want our subscribers to be unique with their T-shirts and that's why we don't keep stock.
Are the T-shirts good quality?
Yes, we like to think they are the best there is. We use t-shirts by a sweatshop-free company located in United States (yes you’re probably wearing something from them right now). Partly because of their quality and fit and partly because of their ethical standards.
How long is a subscription and how do I quit?
Your subscription is as long as you want it to be. Just send us an e-mail (

) telling us that you want to quit and we'll take care of everything. No problem. There's a two T-shirts (two months) period of notice.
How do I pay?
Once you've registered your credit card your payment will be taken care of automatically. Every time you get a t-shirt in the mail there will be an automatic withdraw of your payment from your registered credit card. All withdraws and deliveries can be closely monitored in your Member Area. This way you can always see what's happening and don't have to pay for a year's worth of T-Post deliveries all at once. It's safe, easy and specially designed for your convenience.
I'm having a hard time signing up with my credit card.
Sometimes there might be a problem connecting to a certain banks, but don't worry, it's only temporary. Please keep trying. If you can't wait, we've learned that trying with another credit card usually works or to change payment method.
When is the next T-post t-shirt coming out?
There's a new t-shirt being delivered every month. You can always check the website or your Member Area to see when the next one's coming out.
If I get a t-shirt that I don't like, can I send it back?
No. It's just like if you had a subscription to a Magazine, say National Geographic: you can't send back an issue just because you're not interested in learning about the tribes of the Serengeti. Chances are, if you like what we've done so far and you like the basic idea of T-post you won't be disappointed.
What do I do if I am a subscriber and need to change my already registered credit card?
You just log on to your Member Area and you can change your card there as well as manage your size and all other contact information.
Does my new t-shirt always arrive on the day of the release?
There can be three reasons why it doesn't.
1. We always try to make the best t-shirt possible and sometimes that ambition makes the t-shirt a couple of days late. 2. We've seen that sometimes people have suffered up to a ten day delay due to slow handling at the borders. We're really sorry about that if it happens, but we're afraid it's out of our hands. Just be patient and the t-shirt will come. 3. It can be that we need to get the printing to be just perfect or that the packaging needs an extra day. In the end, the few days wait is well worth it. If I would like to change the size of my t-shirt, is that okay?
You just log on to your Members Area and you can manage everything from there. Once changed your next T-shirt will be sized accordingly. Since we only print the exact amount of t-shirts to those who are subscribers at the time, you can't trade a t-shirt that you've already received for a different size.
